What the work is like

Structured enough to feel orienting. Spacious enough to be human.

A collaborative approach

The first session is a space to explore what brings you here, what feels difficult at the moment, and what you would like to change. Together, we can begin to understand the patterns, pressures, and needs that may be shaping your experience.

I am an integrative therapist specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). My approach draws on evidence-based psychological therapies, and my work with you will be grounded in the best available research, alongside your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

The aim is to create a thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based space in which meaningful change can begin.

Emotionally safe, professionally clear

Sessions are confidential, within the limits of professional and legal obligations, and guided by a clear therapeutic framework.

From the beginning, we will establish a shared understanding of what you would like to work on, how sessions will be structured, and what you can expect from the process. As our work develops, we will regularly reflect on whether the approach continues to meet your needs and adjust it when appropriate.

How I can support you

Support pathways

Individual Therapy

A space centred on you

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and the challenges you may be facing. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, develop practical and effective ways of coping, and build a deeper understanding of your needs. The aim is to support you in creating meaningful and sustainable change that feels right for you and is aligned with your values, priorities, and goals.

Couples Therapy

Understanding one another

Relationships can offer connection, support, and growth, but they can also bring misunderstanding and conflict. Therapy provides a space to explore your relationship dynamics and better understand each other’s thoughts, feelings, needs, and experiences. Together, you can develop more open and effective communication, navigate difficulties with greater understanding, and recognise patterns that may be contributing to conflict. The aim is to strengthen your connection while creating a relationship that feels supportive, respectful, and meaningful to both of you. Sessions offer time to slow down, listen differently, and work towards changes that reflect the needs and values you share as partners.

Group Therapy

Connection through shared work

Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences. Through shared reflection and guided conversations, you can gain new perspectives, develop practical psychological skills, and feel less alone. The groups I facilitate explore topics such as parenting, insomnia, stress management, emotional regulation, and well-being. The aim is to create a safe and respectful space where you can learn from both the therapeutic process and the experiences of others, while developing strategies that support greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being in everyday life.

AuDHD Assessments

Clarity and self-understanding

A comprehensive, neuroaffirmative assessment can help you better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges in relation to Autism and ADHD. The process is focused on understanding how your unique neurotype may shape the way you think, feel, communicate, and navigate everyday life.

An assessment can offer greater clarity and self-understanding, helping you make sense of experiences that may have felt difficult to explain. It can also support greater self-compassion and, where appropriate, help you identify relevant accommodations, resources, and forms of support that are aligned with your individual needs.

Clinical Supervision

Reflective professional practice

For Psychologists and Psychotherapists

Supervision provides a collaborative and reflective space for complex cases, therapeutic relationships, clinical decisions, and areas for further development. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to your professional context, experience, and learning needs. Supervision is about creating space for thoughtful exploration, curiosity, and critical reflection. The aim is to support ethical, effective, and compassionate practice while strengthening your confidence, clinical skills, and ongoing professional development.

Finding the Right Fit

What you can bring

You can bring a clear concern, a vague sense that something is not right, or simply a wish to understand yourself better. The first appointment can help organise what feels unclear.

What will be clarified

I will explain the therapeutic frame, practical arrangements, confidentiality, fees, cancellations and whether the service is appropriate for your needs.
