I am a Chartered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland, with doctoral training from Trinity College Dublin. I am also a member of the International Psychoanalytical Association and the FFPP in France.
Practising since 2013, I have lived and worked in India, Ireland, and France. As an immigrant and a parent, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the complexities of identity, relationships, life transitions, and parenting.
I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples, parenting support, group programmes for insomnia and stress reduction, and psychological assessment. I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for reflection, growth, and well-being.
