It is indeed a blessing of God that the Dhula Regional Physically Handicapped Development Association has completed the 30th years of services during the long and hectic period. The Association has passed through the various phase’s ups and down. It is only the grace of God that the Association has braved the odds with success and attained gradual of ability, by public donation, membership fees, sale products and assistance by Govt. of India.

How it All Started
Born in Knit to great parents, we quickly learned to adapt while celebrating the tapestry of cultures in our beautiful city. Settling down in the city centre, we love exposing our kids to the same diverse upbringing my husband and I received.
